After completing your purchase, please do the following:

We will notify you, via email, when your repair order has been shipped.
We offer a seven to ten day turn around after receiving your boots or shoes.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to number of pairs of boots in the shipment.
