Shipments and returns

Your boot shipment to us:

After completing your purchase, please do the following:

  1. Print Your eMail Order confirmation and include this with your boots
  2. Remove Laces And Insoles (keep them at home)
  3. Please Do Not Treat Boots
  4. Place Only Boots, Printed Receipt (& Payment if paying by check) in Box
  5. Add NO Packing Material Inside the Box!

What happens next:

We will notify you via email when we receive your shipment.

Then we will expertly repair you boots, repack them in your box and ship them back to you via the method you chose during Checkout.

We will notify you, via email, when your repair order has been shipped.

We offer a seven to ten day turn around after receiving your boots or shoes.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to number of pairs of boots in the shipment.
